A Home Along the Curve

彼此獨立的空間量體沿弧線劃出串連路徑，使生活在空間中交會。屋子裡擁有母子兩人不同的生活節奏，卻又彼此緊密相伴，慢慢形塑出屬於兩人的居住風景。

大面落地窗串聯主臥、半開放式書房與客廳，公共區域沿著陽光軌跡向內延伸，在各自的動線及共同的生活場域間相遇。獨立外推的面盆與餐桌相連，從微醒的清晨、日常往來的片刻，到共享晚餐的時光，都在此自然交會。循著圓弧桌緣，動線再次將空間帶回母親專屬的休憩角落，與一旁房間相鄰而設，在日常起居間彼此照應。

被分割的空間透過溫潤弧線相互連接，天花順著原始樑體向上舒展，沿著牆面上方微傾，悄然開闊了視線，保留建築斑駁的痕跡，使俐落的線條中多了一份質樸而有機的真實。牆面以塗料鋪陳出沉穩安定的氛圍；留白天花讓陽光映入柔和與明亮。

在交錯動線與虛實層次之間，將感知與生活回歸於空間使用本質；視覺則收斂於舒適中性，使材質呈現出溫潤而安定的表情，為整體氛圍增添一份沉靜，也自然映照屋主溫和內斂的個性。

Independent spatial volumes are articulated along gentle curves to form a continuous path where daily life naturally converges. Large floor-to-ceiling windows connect the master bedroom, a semi-open study, and the living room. This allows shared areas to extend inward along the path of sunlight as it penetrates the interior. An outward-facing washbasin links seamlessly with the dining table, turning everyday transitions into moments of quiet interaction. Moving inward along the curved edge of the table, the circulation leads back to a private resting corner that remains subtly connected to the adjacent room.

The ceiling follows the original structural beams and opens upward in alignment with slightly inclined walls to expand the sense of space. Traces of the building’s aged texture are preserved to introduce a raw and organic quality within the clean lines. Walls are finished with muted coatings to establish a calm atmosphere, while the unadorned ceiling allows daylight to diffuse softly throughout the interior.

Through interwoven circulation and layered spatial relationships, the design returns focus to the essence of living and perception. Visually, the palette is restrained and neutral to allow materials to express a warm and grounded character. This quiet composition enhances the overall atmosphere while reflecting the gentle and understated personality of the homeowner.
